Attackers Solomon Safo-Taylor and Stephen Amankonah are likely to be transfer-listed by Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko, according to Asempa FM’s SportsNite Leaks.

Safo-Taylor, 24, is yet to kick a ball for the Porcupine Warriors in the 2022/23 season. Since joining the 24-time league winners in March 2021, he has scored just one league goal in 17 appearances.

His persistent injuries and loss of form have forced the hierarchy of the Kumasi-based club to conclude a decision to part ways with him.

Meanwhile, attacker Amankonah is also likely to head for the exit at the club as he falls in the same category as Safo-Taylor.

According to inside sources, the 9-time FA Cup champions had high hopes prior to his signing however he failed to live up to the expectations.

Since joining from Berekum Chelsea, Amankonah has scored just a league goal in 18 outings and that has left the technical team and management underwhelmed.

Kotoko have already lost defender Christopher Nettey who is set to join Hearts of Oak, according to multiple reports in Accra.
