Ghanaian attacker Godsway Donyoh strikes for Neftci Baku in Azerbaijan Premier League

Ghanaian international forward Godsway Donyoh scored the opening goal for Neftci Baku in their 2-1 victory over Zira in the Azerbaijan Premier League on Friday.

The 27-year-old hit the opener for the Baku-based on the 14th-minute mark and lasted till the 85th minute when he was replaced by Georgian Solomon Kvirkvelia.

Nigerian attacker Yusuh Lawal worked the ball into space to supply the Ghanaian inside the box and the former Manchester City U21 attacker fired the ball into the net with a powerful half-volley.

The goal marks Donyoh’s second in 3 games for the 9-time Azerbaijani champions.
